a) you have no time pressure to use the downloads.
b) you have time to fully appreciate the affects. People often don't notice the small day by day changes themselves, until others point out the big change they've noticed months later.
Our support team will normally deal with your refund request within 48 hours. If you have not received a reply from us after 48 hours, please check your spam or junk folder as sometimes legitimate emails get put there by mistake. If you haven't had a response, please contact us again, checking again to ensure your contact email address is entered correctly.
Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request, and advise how your refund will be processed, based on how the initial payment was made, and estimate the time required.
